Articles of Association of the USKA — Association documents in accordance with the Swiss Civil Code.
USKA as an association
Under the name ‘Union of Swiss Shortwave Amateurs’ (hereinafter referred to as USKA; Union des Amateurs Suisses d’ondes courtes; Unione radioamatori di onde corte svizzeri; Union of Swiss Short Wave Amateurs), was founded on 4 August 1929 as an association within the meaning of Article 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB).
The USKA is politically and religiously neutral. Where the Articles of Association do not contain any provisions, the provisions of the Swiss Civil Code apply. The USKA has its registered office in Cham, ZG (entry in the Commercial Register).
Current version
The 2024 Delegates’ Assembly approved the latest amendments to the Articles of Association. This resolution was confirmed by a ballot of members in April 2024.
