Die fünf international koordinierten Notruf-Zentren (Centres of Activity) der IARU Region 1 sind 3,760 / 7,110 / 14,300 / 18,160 / 21,360 MHz — der Notfunkverkehr findet ±20 kHz um diese Frequenzen statt. 1,873 und 10,138 MHz sind zusätzlich für HB9 (und Österreich) als nationale Notruffrequenzen registriert.
